This Is Me Blog: 6:TIKTOK IS BACK! But at what cost??? - January 21st, 2025

Hey everyone! 

In my last post I talked about how Social Media changed my life and how I started my YouTube journey and how TikTok was gonna be banned and my opinions on it. I also talked about how TikTok was gonna be bought by some people. Now it's back and we got this message when we opened it back up. "Welcome back! Thanks for your patience and support. as a result of President Trump's efforts, TikTok is back in the U.S.! You can continue to create, share, and discover all the things you love on TikTok." 

When we all came back to TikTok we all were so happy, but something felt off...like really off.. so I did some digging and there were a lot of speculations as to what happened.. Some say that Trump bought TikTok (which he kind of did and added a 90 day extension!) 

While this is good news there is also another thing.. The algorithm, it feels off! So we did some more digging and found out that Facebook and instagram have their own profiles and we are all probably thinking, "Did META have a roll in this?" We have no idea! I was also told that you should block Facebook and Instagram and your TikTok would be back to normal. So I did and it worked! I can now see lives! I couldn't before because it said "No internet connection" but now it works! 

I honestly don't know why it didn't work before but I wanted to see my lives because I might be going on there soon! We shall see! 

I am so happy that TikTok is back! But for how long until it shuts down again? Let me know your thoughts?

So with the message being said, did Trump buy TikTok??? or did he buy it and sell it to Meta???

This Is Me Blog #4: New Years Resolution FAIL!/Should I start a Gaming Channel???! ~ January 11th, 2024

Hey Everyone!  How are you? I know I haven't posted in a while so here is an update! So not much has been going on, it's been a very slow week. I think it's just because the holidays are gone and we are slowly going back to normal. Update on my new years resolution. I have failed! 😭 I can't stop spending money! I think I have almost spent a hundred dollars already! probably more! I am so obsessed with shopping that my friends have called me a "shopaholic" I dont blame them! This Is Me blog #3: My Half B-Day! 🎂

 Friday January 3rd, 2025 Hey everyone! Today Is my half birthday! I know some people don't celebrate their  half birthdays but I do! So today after work I went to cheesecake factory and they had a free slice of cake and I thought this would be perfect time to get one! I got Ghirardelli Cherry Cheesecake Slice! I was going to eat it tonight but I had a big dinner and I was full so I am going to eat it tomorrow! Overall I had a good day! I went to work and got myself a cheesecake and a bracelet charm for my collection! It's a Marvel Black Panther charm I also have an Iron Man and Captain America charm as well! I can't put a picture on here and I have no idea why but if you look it up on the Pandora website you will see what it looks like! Also it was on sale for half the price! YAYAY!
